Refunds are generally not offered. If you encounter a defective product, we will gladly replace it with a non-defective one. If you are unable to access a course, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

2. Time Frame for Refund Requests

Any requests related to defective products or access issues must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Method

Refunds, when applicable, will be issued in the form of store credit. Once a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within one business day.

  • Downloadable Materials: Digital products, such as eBooks or downloadable courses.

  • Personalized Services: Any services that are customized or personalized for the customer.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered if a customer has used part of a service. The amount refunded will depend on the extent of usage and will be issued as store credit.

7. Non-refundable Fees

Please note that processing fees and transaction fees are non-refundable. These fees will be deducted from any refund issued.
