Learn with Hashini
Hashini Herath Music offers beginner piano lessons, children's piano lessons, adult beginner lessons and electronic keyboard lessons for students who want a structured but encouraging way to learn. Lessons can support recreational playing, school music, graded examination preparation and confidence at the instrument.
Students work on reading music, rhythm, technique, sight-reading, scales, technical work, expressive playing and practical practice habits. Online piano lessons are available for students outside Kandy with a visible keyboard or piano setup, a stable internet connection and a willingness to practise between sessions.

Lessons move from simple coordination and rhythm toward musical expression, healthy practice habits and confidence with notation. Examination students receive focused work on pieces, scales, technical work, sight-reading and the areas that need attention before entry.
Hashini combines long-term piano experience with active work as a teacher, singer, composer and producer, so students learn technique as part of real musical communication rather than as isolated exercises.
Parents can expect practical practice guidance, realistic goals and clear feedback. Adult learners can expect patient pacing without pressure to follow a child-focused route.
Fee guidance
Lesson fees vary depending on the programme, lesson format, level, duration and frequency. Current fee information is provided after reviewing the student's age, goals and preferred schedule.
